Returns and refunds

At BRMK Resell, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition it was received.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered depending on size availability or product stock.

How to Request a Return
To start a return or report an issue, please DM us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the item.
